This one bedroom apartment is located 4 blocks up hill from the main square . As they say in San Miguel , it is a 10 minutes walk down and a 25.- pesos (+/- 2 usd) ride back in taxi. The apartment consists of aprox. 550 square feet of living area . It is divided in 3 parts. The entrance through a nice private garden with a Mexican cast Iron Table with chairs to sit outside. The main area where you will find the combined Living room/ Dining room/ Kitchen great room . The Kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, pots and pants , blender, toaster, Coffee maker and a Micro wave . The Living room has a gas heater to take the chill off on winter evenings and the sofa is a single sofa bed . It also includes a Tv with DVD and cable Tv (including English speaking channels) . The far end of this area features a good sized bedroom with Queen size bed and an ample closet . This bedroom is heated with a gas heater and has a computer corner with a high speed internet (the computer is not included) . Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower . The apartment has a water purification system . The laundry room is adjacent to the condo and has an ample closet with lots of storage . This laundry room could be converted in an extra bedroom as it is ample enough.
